Harvest: Hand picked and sorted during early to mid September
Vineyard: Grapes come from Fossaluzza Wines vineyards located in Salleto di Piave (TV). The closeness to the River Piave ensures that the vines receive sufficient irrigation all year round.
Winemaking: Fermented in state of the art computer controlled stainless steel tanks thus guarenteeing consistency of quality. Microfiltered before botteling.

About Chardonnay :
Chardonnay is a green-skinned grape variety, used to make white wine. It is vinified in many different styles, from the elegant, "flinty" wines of Chablis (wine) to rich, buttery Meursaults and New World wines bursting with tropical fruit flavours.

PH: 3.15
Residual Sugar: 3,5 gr per liter

Serving Suggestions :
Best served with white meats and fish dishes. Best left to breath for 30 minutes before serving. Serving temperature 8 – 10℃.

06 Vintage : The wine is a clear bright deep lemon color. It exhibits a clean fresh nose with hints of apple with honeyed overtones. Medium bodied it is soft, easy style. Round well balanced, with a moderate acidity, while the flavors are discreet enough to match well with a range of dishes. JKW08/02/08

About Merlot :

Merlot grapes are identified by their loose bunches of large berries. It is a red wine grape that is used as both a blending grape and for varietal wines. Merlot wines usually have a medium body with hints of berry, plum and currant.

Best served with roasted, boiled or fried red or white meats. Best left to breath for 30 minutes before serving. Serving temperature 16 – 18℃.

06 Vintage : The wine is medium ruby with a youthful purple rim. Integrated berry nose with hints of berry fruit with subtle plum undertones. Light to medium bodied it is harmonious and fruity. Round and supple, the aromas are reflected on the palate and echo on the finish. JKW13/02/08
